• 5.0 tbsp Olive Oil
• 3.0 tbsp Tomato Pur E
• 2.0 tsp Sea Salt Flakes

Method (preview)

   Just like Mamma used to make – and still does; this is classic Italian home cooking. Serve with pasta, a crisp green salad and a gutsy red wine.

   For the sauce, heat the oil in a large heavy pan and add the whole onion, celery stick, carrot and garlic clove, with the beef bones if using.
