• 3.0 Medium Ripe Peaches
• 0.5 cup Whole Milk
• 0.5 cup Low Fat Milk
• 1.0 tbsp Superfine Sugar

Method (preview)

   Peel, pit and slice two of the peaches & then puree & then refrigerate.. Peel & pit and chop very fine the remaining peach.

   Combine the milks with the sugar. Whisk for about two minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the vanilla extract. Add the peach puree, stirring well. Chill if necessary.
