• 0.75 cup Milk
• 0.75 cup Heavy Cream
• 0.3333 cup Superfine Sugar

   Combine the milk and cream with the sugar. Whisk for about 2 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the vanilla extract and the crushed peppermints. Chill if necessary.
