• 5.0 lb Potatoes Peeled Diced And Cooked Until Tender
• 1.0 pkg Sour Cream
• 1.0 pkg Cream Cheese
• 0.5 cup Butter

Method (preview)

   Peel, dice and boil potatoes until tender. Drain well. Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt an pepper. Turn into a greased 2-2 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with additional butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
