• 1.0 can Crushed Pineapple Drained
• 0.25 cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper
• 2.0 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion

   Mix cream cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion, salt and half the pecans. Form into a log. Roll in remaining nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with unsalted crackers.
