Hot Pepper Butter

Hot Pepper Butter — a community recipe on Potlikkr.

Ingredients

• 1.0 cup Unsalted Butter At Room Temperature
• 0.25 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
• 1.0 tbsp Dry White Wine Or More As Needed

Method (preview)

   In a food processor, process all ingredients until well blended, adding enough wine to give mixture a soft consistency. You could also beat using an electric mixer.

   Use immediately or shape into a log on a double layer of waxed paper and freeze until firm then seal in a plastic bag.
