• 0.3333 Key Lime Juice
• 4.0 Eggs Separated
• 1.0 can Condensed Milk
• 9.0 Inch Pie Shell

Method (preview)

   Combine milk and egg yolks. Beat with electric mixer at low speed.

   Slowly add lime juice and continue beating until well blended.
