• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 1.0 qt Milk
• 6.0 oz Semisweet Chocolate

   In 3-quart heavy saucepan stir together cornstarch, 1/4 cup sugar and the salt.

   Gradually stir in milk and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and is smooth.
