Onion Baked Potato

Ingredients

• 8.0 Potatoes
• 1.0 Sour Cream
• 1.5 tsp Onion Salt
• 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt Butter

Method (preview)

   Mash potatoes with mixer adding remaining ingredients, except butter. Spread in 2 quart baking dish. Top with pats of butter.

   Bake at 350F. for 30 to 45 minutes.
