• Salt
• 1.5 cup Whipping Cream
• 1.0 Egg Yolk Beaten With Whipping Cream

   Fill 8 qt or litre pot with water. bring to boil add 1 Tbsp. salt.

   Add pasta and cook 8 to 9 minutes. Pour 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
