• 1.0 cup All Purpose Flour
• 1.0 tbsp Sugar
• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 4.0 Eggs

Preparo (prévia)

   Preheat the oven to 435 degrees. Heat 2 9-inch cast iron skillets or heavy cake pans (I use a big cast iron skillet) (you need sturdy pans that can hold and conduct heat)

   Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Add the milk and eggs, blending only until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
