Ingrediënten

• 1.0 Lg Sweet Potato
• 1.0 Lg Apple
• 0.5 cup Light Corn Syrup
• 0.3333 cup Dry Bread Crumbs

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   In a greased 1 quart baking dish, layer half the sweet potato slices, apple slices and crumbs. Repeat layers. Pour corn syrup over top; sprinkle with salt. Dot with butter; sprinkle with nuts. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.

   Lei Devries Says (CookingForFun, Nov. 1998): We had these lovely potatoes for dinner last night, and it was delicious!! Even Bill raved over it, and he's pretty much a plain sweet potato lover....but this was so good!
