• 24.0 cup Peeled And Chopped Tomatoes
• 18.0 cup Chopped Onions
• 1.0 cup Chopped Jalapeno
• 5.0 head Garlic Or Jar Garlic

   Combine the ingredients in a 24 quart kettle; bring to a boil; simmer for 30 minutes.

   Scoop salsa into hot pint or quart jars. Run spatula around inside edge to eliminate air bubbles. Seal and process in hot water bath; 35 minutes for pints, 45 minutes for quarts.
