Ingredients

• 1.5 tbsp Butter
• 2.0 tsp Flour
• 0.3333 tsp Salt
• 2.0 cup Chicken Broth

   In 3 quart saucepan, saute onion in butter until soft but not brown.

   Mix in flour, salt, tarragon, nutmeg and cayenne. Cook until bubbly.
