Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Strawberry Banana Ice Cream is a home-style recipe made with Half And Half, Bananas, Egg Yolks, Granulated Sugar, White Vanilla, and Strawberries. Serves 1.

• 3.0 cup Half And Half
• 1.0 cup Bananas
• 3.0 Egg Yolks
• 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar

   Scald the cream with the banana in a double boiler. Beat the egg yolk with the sugar. Add slowly to the hot cream, continue to cook until thick. Stir in the vanilla and strawberries. Cool and chill then freeze according to directions of ice cream maker. Makes 6 cups
