• 2.0 Eggs Separated
• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 20.0 g Lite Logical Or Pro Active Melted
• 1.0 cup Skim Milk

Méthode (aperçu)

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease 6 half cup individual souffle dishes.

   Beat together all ingredients except egg whites in a small bowl with electric mixer until light and creamy. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Spoon the mixture into the souffle dishes, place in a small baking dish. Pour in enough water to come halfway up the sides of the dishes.
