- 4.0 T White Sugar
- 0.5 cup Water Or A Bit More
- 1.0 T Rice Vinegar Lime Juice

Stir all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves or you

Add in shredded carrot or chili pepers. Serve at room temperature.
