• 1.0 lb Fresh Mushrooms
• 1.0 Green Bell Pepper
• 1.0 clove Garlic
• 0.25 cup Butter

Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Saute the mushrooms, green pepper and garlic in the butter in a large skillet. Stir in the flour until well-mixed. Stir in the broth and the half-and-half gradually. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add the wine, salt and pepper and mix well.

   Add a small amount of the sauce to the egg yolks, then stir the yolks into the sauce. Add the turkey and heat.
