   To make the sauce: In a medium bowl, stir together all the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

   Preheat the oven to 400F In a small saute pan or skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and saute the onions until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and saute 2 minutes. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside to cool.
