• 1.0 cup Sour Cream

   Beat cornmeal, milk, sour cream, eggs, honey and melted butter. Combine flour and baking powder and add to dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan and bake 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or tested done.
