• 4.0 tbsp Flour
• 2.0 cup Milk
• 0.5 tsp Salt

Method (preview)

   Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes. Add seasonings, ham and eggs. Serve at once on split English muffins, or keep warm in top of double boiler.
