Ingredientes

• 6.0 slice White Bread
• 0.6667 cup Mashed Sweet Potatoes
• 1.3333 cup Dry Milk Powder
• 2.0 Whole Eggs

Preparo (prévia)

   Combine all ingredients except the egg whites. Beat whites until stiff, then fold into batter. Coat regular-size muffin cups with nonstick spray. Spoon batter into cups and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until muffins test done.
