- 0.3333 cup Olive Oil
- 0.3333 cup Sherry

Peel and devein the prawns, skewer with bamboo skewers. Place in a shallow pan.

Blend the remaining ingredients together, pour over prawns and marinate for 30 minutes.
Grill over hot coals for 3-5 minutes per side.
