• 29.0 oz Canned Tomatoes
• 2.0 lb Coarsely Ground Chuck
• 2.0 Medium Onion

Method (preview)

   Put all ingredients in cooker 3-1/2 to 4 quart) in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours (HIGH) 5-6 hours.

   If you want to make in the 4-1/2 quart size and you may if desired may increase by 1/2, so instead of 2 pounds beef, make it 3 pounds etc. etc
