• 50.0 Ritz Crackers
• 1.5 Nuts
• 1.0 tsp Vanilla
• 6.0 Egg Whites

   Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crackers and nuts. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes. Cool. Whip cream and spread over bottom layer. Top cream with coconut.
